Our client Erplasti has more than 3 decades of history and has always sought improvements and a prominent position in the national market. Flexible packaging manufacturers for various applications have invested in a polyethylene flat film extruder, very common for this type of production. 

The extruder manufacturer, also already familiar with REFRISAT, was able to indicate the required cooling capacity by requiring the installation of a chiller SAT with more then 400.000 kcal/h of capacity. 

We changed the standard technical specifications of our chillers to meet the extruder thermal load modulation. In addition, our equipment offers short and long term options and automation control with the best technology and programming from our laboratories and years of experience in this type of development. 

The order also took into account that the solution should have four independent circuits, even to guarantee an extra reinforcement of safety and reliability in the main production of polyethylene film and in the repeatability of the process.
