Despite the challenges of recent years, we have a lot to celebrate. Now, in 2021, REFRISAT celebrates its 45th anniversary with the company, with challenges, news and once again as the market reference. In addition, the HBR group, to which we have been a part for almost 2 years, also completes 36 years with the same background and history, in a combination of specialties that makes us complete highlights in all the sectors in which we operate.

In October 2019, REFRISAT became part of HBR holding and joined other recognized brands full of history in the markets in which they operate. It was also at this time that we became the largest group in Latin America for thermal control solutions.

Close to our anniversary as part of the group, and in the midst of other special celebrations, we remember some interesting changes that are now part of our business:

1. With a technical assistance/after-sales structure unified to HBR holding, we are still in a transition period that by the end of this year should bring good results and positive changes in service and availability;

2. We entered into competitions together with other brands in the group, which broadened our specialties and brought even more know-how shared among the group’s companies;

3. In addition to the traditional Latin market we already served, REFRISAT now has international branches in the USA, Asia and Europe, which facilitated logistical processes for import and export, also improving the quality of our products;

4. With everything scheduled to move in May, we had to postpone some plans mainly due to essential structural needs that had a longer construction time, but the expectation is that now in the second semester we will be able to celebrate our anniversary as HBR holding already at our new address;

5. In a new organizational and structural structure, our operations tend to become smarter and less costly, which will directly reflect on the manufacturing of our complete line.
