The perfect world for those who closed our preventive maintenance contracts: Case Greco & Guerreiro.

Maintenance and service guarantee is a very strong point of trust to offer to our customers. We know how much our structure makes a difference, and that is why we have expanded it.

This month, we join the HBR team in a single service space, which allows us greater integration, agility in execution, technology and more resources to customers. In addition, by the middle of this year we will be fully established in our new headquarters, which will provide us with a production potential at least 2 times greater compared to what we have today.

With all this, our customers feel more and more secure to conclude maintenance contracts with us and our team further increases its structure to meet this demand.

As an example, we will complete a contract anniversary with our special client Greco & Guerreiro. With more than 10 REFRISAT equipment since 2010 in its 3 plants (Polisopro in Extrema, Greco in Morungaba and G&G in Barra do Piraí), the company relies on our team to carry out a series of monthly maintenance services.

Our team is responsible for cleaning, clearing, inspection, measurement, calibration, records, in addition to constant checks and checks for improvements or corrections in the customer’s thermal control network. There are more than 26 monthly tasks in each of these installed equipment, all foreseen and fulfilled according to the monthly technical assistance contract.
