Anyone who lived in the 80’s should remember Tenneco’s gas stations in old movies. Over time, the stations were replaced or closed, making room for new brands, while the Tenneco continued to expand and to perform even more strongly and definitively as a supplier of a number of automotive products. They currently own around 11 brands supplying to most of the aftermarket, including distributors and retailers.

And if you haven’t figured out how it looks in your routine, we can tell you: the brand is in over 25 vehicle manufacturers from the most popular to the most luxurious. Fiat, Peugeout, Renault, Porsche and Jaguar, they all have Tenneco. In Brazil, they have 3 plants, and required REFRISAT to participate in a process in Cotia (Axios) for the manufacturing of rubber components such as suspension bushing, engine cushion, gearbox, shock absorbers and engine hydraulics.

As a REFRISAT customer, they provided all the sizing data so that we could calculate what the process needed, which required two equipments: one over 160,000 kcal/h (62kW) and the other with over 250,000 kcal/h (92,67kW).
