In search of improvement in its production and modernization of its large factory, MADEMARI or Forteplast sought REFRISAT also already knowing what it wanted. Known for manufacturing PVC products, the company has in its portfolio from pipes to fittings and linings. Its products, like those of Microsal, have a focus dedicated to the largest sector of the economy of Mato Grosso: agriculture.

With the need to work at more than 7ºC and without an internal water reservoir, the client also asked us for some other changes to the adequacy and interconnection of systems within his factory, such as the use of another controller and PLC in relation to the system. our standard, and the addition of our optional MOBILE module control, which allows mobile and remote monitoring of equipment operation.

Prior to starting production of the stylized version of our SAT 500 model, with capacity exceeding 580 kW, REFRISAT also reviewed some customer-submitted side projects, which in addition to the thermal load, necessitated the inclusion of extra cooling circuits. to meet the specific needs of ongoing production.
