When we talk about global, organized production and a reference in the area of ​​Plastics and Chemistry, we are talking about Mexichem. The company, which recently changed its name to Orbia, as well as having acquired several brands over the years, has a traditional history that dates back to 1953.

Its global operations reach more than $6 billion in sales, and as the group has grown the demand for more quality assurances and good suppliers has grown even greater. REFRISAT was already a Mexichem supplier and was sought out again.

In more than 10 years of history between this commercial relationship, REFRISAT has already supplied equipment, parts and industrial solutions for the production of plastics in the group’s units throughout Brazil. For the process in question, the company wanted the installation to be carried out at its unit in São José dos Campos, with equipment with more than 100,000 kcal/h of capacity and with specific characteristics already passed on by those responsible for Mexichem (currently Orbia).

As in the case at hand, our equipment is traditionally found in many chemical and plastic industries. For the traditional extrusion, injection and blowing processes, Mexichem already had at least 3 other orders launched for REFRISAT equipment.
