Well, with the great demand and knowing the quality of our products, processes and solutions, let’s talk about the featured work in Caldas Novas, which could not be more special! Almost in the heart of Brazil, close to the tourist attractions of “Rio Quente” and in a planned, pleasant and super tourist city we got a gift by working with the Hospital and Maternity Nossa Senhora Aparecida.

To meet the need, REFRISAT has made available the best professionals in knowledge about refrigeration and air conditioning in Brazil. Our sales and technical team was able to identify the customer’s need for the technical and diagnostics room and proposed to use our back up and relay MRI, as well as a customized hospital structure and room conditioning needs, mainly with the intention of temperature and humidity control of the examination, technical and control rooms.

Following the standard ABNT and NBR 7256 (Air Treatment in Health Care Facilities) our engineers developed a customized and detailed project in three stages of approval and analysis, from the preliminary project to the final executive. In a thorough and practically virtual 3D planning with realistic precision of the installations, the necessary changes and annotations were clarified and detailed, allowing a perfect and complete connection between project and work for what would follow.

Our team followed and installed all the necessary structure, from piping, fan coil and exhaust to the smallest details of equipment and control panels. We also impress our knowledge of over 40 years of company automation, allowing not only the best results, control and quality, but also the best day-to-day operation and practicality of operators, doctors and technicians.

Concerned about not only environmental sustainability, but also our clients’ business, we also work with the frequency inverter, which brought greater process stability and lower energy consumption. It is with it that we can control the air flow and reduce the rotation of electric motors according to the need for thermal load in the environment, thus saving energy.

We also meet outside air requirements from renovation, temperature and humidity conditioning and filtration, to requirements for conditioners, and ducts in metal construction. All obeyed and enhanced to the best quality! An example of this, and visible in the photos below, are the pipelines, which with REFRISAT’s top quality work, and complying with the standards, have strategic inspection windows that assist in cleaning and maintenance, helping to prevent accumulation. impurities that can be harmful to the health of patients and hospital users.
