REFRISAT provided a heat exchanger for cooling tomato sauce. Only with the pasteurizer data sheet purchased by the customer, we are able to dimension and select the best solution for the thermal exchange needs of the same.

The large equipment with internal reservoir and process pump has 4 independent circuits. This means that the equipment can operate with 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of its total capacity, with each refrigeration circuit having 2 compressors installed. In addition, the valve arrangement and programming were made to operate with or without the internal reservoir, which also provides some security for certain process needs.
