The beginnings of sustainability in an aluminum can! 100% recyclable material, which returns to supermarket shelves in 90 days and is responsible for the income of many families in Brazil.

Aluminum has always been the hot spot and one of the main raw materials used in sustainable initiatives. In the manufacture of cans, for example, the compost is recycled using only 5% of the energy needed to produce the same amount of product with primary aluminum.

In a reference country in aluminum recycling, with 97% of cans recycled, REFRISAT is proud to be part of this in the largest producer of aluminum cans in Brazil: our customer Ball!

Of American origin and in more than 100 different locations around the world, the company specializes in packaging and operates in the aerospace sector, with more than 20,000 employees worldwide.

In two different purchasing processes for its units in Brasília (DF) and Extrema (MG) the company sought us out once again to assist in the heat exchanger cooling process.

In one of the cases, the company already had imported equipment that required nationalization to adapt to local needs for cooling varnish. In this process, it is always important that our sales team is extremely connected to the customer and with an eye on constructive characteristics, compliance with specific technical standards and other subjectivities, as in the case where the customer asked us to paint the cabinet in accordance with the layout of your factory.

In this process, at least three SAT015 and two personalized SAT060 “a la BALL” help in the production of many cans that pass through the table, hair and deodorants across our continent. Quality assurance, customization and delivery for sectors that fill our eyes with pride and a desire to improve and deliver even more.
