It is in February that the year really begins, isn’t it?

While many people were on vacation enjoying the recess with the family, we were at REFRISAT working hard to deliver all the orders from December, which were few!

Amid so much news, we are also reaping the rewards of good relationships that we cultivate with our customers. This is the case with Apextool. REFRISAT customers have come back to us!

The group has operations in more than 30 countries, with more than 8,000 employees worldwide. Manufacturers of hand and electropneumatic tools, are leaders in the world tool industry and holders of at least 21 trademarks, headquartered in Maryland in the USA and with a unit in Sorocaba here in the state of São Paulo, Brazil.

The company needed a solution for some of its induction furnaces, in a process with cooling in a heat exchanger. While part of the process required chilled water, supplied by our air-cooled chillers, the supply of chilled industrial water is guaranteed by the cooling tower. To complete this package, the hydraulic pump skid that we also developed for the application was responsible for the water transmission between the tower and the process.

A complete system with: pump skid, air-cooled chillers and industrial water supply! All of this based on close advice and identification of the client’s real needs.

The history of the equipment we already had at Apextool also helped us to continue this partnership. It is common to receive positive feedbacks and high satisfaction from the company!
