Dry Air Unity – UAS

In the case of the air dehumidifier for injection, the UAS, the process is simply to inflate dry air around the injection molding and blow the plastic mold preventing the condensation of water. The dry air flow blown in ambients that require low humidity, provides many benefits such as increased productivity, improved quality and length of life, as well as exemption from oxidation risks of carbon steel materials.

In a cooling process, the dehumidified air laden with moisture turns into water vapor in a liquid form and is deposited in a reservoir, returning a dehumidified air to the environment. The REFRISAT’s air dehumidifier, above all, reduces the relative humidity of the air at rates of 40% to 50% and provides a much better air quality, free of fungus, mites, mildew and odor, also conserving the dehumidified environment.
