COVID-19: INFO TO OUR CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS

Dear customers and suppliers, REFRISAT is committed to establishing measures to guarantee its activities, fulfill its obligations responsibly, taking into account the recommendations of WHO, competent bodies and reinforcing our social role.

In the last few days we have enacted some significant changes in our routine, both on the part of the HBR Holding group and of REFRISAT. At both our headquarters, we adopted measures to prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Our intention is to periodically review all of our decisions in accordance with government guidelines and the progress of the pandemic.

Therefore, we ask for special attention to the following measures adopted in our Guarulhos headquarters:

-We restrict access to our unit, so we will not receive commercial / technical visits for at least 15 days;

-The service of our technicians will only be done in cases of corrective maintenance for most customers. Customers in the medical and hospital area request assistance under a call (as we already did) but we will take the following precautions:

A. Our employees are not allowed to enter the buildings unless they receive care and prevention material from the hospital staff;

B.We will request the best service hours so as not to put our employees at risk during peak service hours at the units;

C. As most of our equipment is located outside the hospital units, we will ask our customers to allow entry without the need for admission to closed environments or with closer contact with patients and the hospital environment.

-Deliveries of any amount to our headquarters in Guarulhos must meet the following procedures:

1.Small receipts, usually made by attending our reception, must follow the instructions of our responsible team without exceeding the limits of the gate;

2.Larger receipts made at our main gate will be able to park on the ramp and will receive safety and distance instructions;

3.Boxes and packages will only be handled by the REFRISAT receiving team, who will give the guidance to be followed in delivery.

Given the responsibility we have with our entire team and society, it is important to inform everyone that we have adopted these and other preventive measures that will have an impact on both our daily lives and those of our customers. We are certain that this atypical situation requires everyone’s understanding and extra effort so that we can get through this crisis.
